Dr. Maleki will be working for Dr. Roshdibenam on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s until the end of March. Please book Online with either Cortico or MyHealthAccess for Dr. Maleki. When booking with Dr. Maleki on Cortico, you will need to click on the arrow on the drop down box where Dr. Roshdibenam’s name is to select her on the second page.
You can book with MyHealthAccess or Cortico for Online appointments with Dr. Roshdibenam. After you have your Meet/Greet appointment with the doctor you can book appointments Online. Make sure you click on the *MyHealthAccess* Button on the Book Online page. After you click on the MyHealthAccess Button, you will need to sign up before booking an appointment. You only have to sign up once.
Please note: The doctors of the clinic use AI technology to create encounter notes. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask one of our team members.
If you are planning to travel and need vaccinations, these services are not covered under MSP. There will be a charge for the visit and any vaccinations given. Please call our office to book these appointments or go to a Travel Clinic.
