Once Dr. Roshdibenam has accepted you into his practice, you can book appointments Online. Make sure you click on the *MyHealthAccess* Button on the Book Online page. After you click on the MyHealthAccess Button, you will need to sign up before booking an appointment.
If you are planning to travel and need vaccinations, these services are not covered under MSP. There will be a charge for the visit and any vaccinations given. Please call our office to book these appointments or go to a Travel Clinic.

After you book a virtual appointment online you will be sent a link to join the virtual meeting room by email and text the morning of your appointment. “DO NOT CLICK ON THE LINK BEFORE THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT”.
If you book a phone appointment please remember to add your phone number in the reason box as well as the reason. You will be sent a reminder the morning of your appointment. The doctor may not be able to contact you exactly at the time that you scheduled the appointment. Please be patient and he will connect with you as soon as he can
